Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for change of mind.
Candles that have been lit will not be eligible for refund/exchange unless not burning correctly, eg: tunnelling.
There is no refund/exchange for candles due to fragrance strength.
Exchanges may be eligible for items that may have been damaged upon transit/delivery.
